Happy Trails “Mare Wear” was inspired when we discovered an artist who could hand paint our website homepage photo on a 10 mm porcelain bead or a 13 mm mother of pearl teardrop bead including a horse grazing or running in the foreground of the Three Sisters Mountains. These were the perfect novelty beads to incorporate into a few simple jewelry designs to raise additional funds for our Herd. These “Trixy” Earrings were designed by our Board Member Vicki Hunt. The beads were painted by artist Barbara Reinstein, West Warwick, Rhode Island, at Etsy Shop “Netbarb” Spencer Studios.
